Buyers Edge Platform Marketing Project Specialist in Waltham, Massachusetts

The Buyers Edge Platform Manufacturer Relations and Marketing Departments are hiring a Marketing Project Specialist/Manufacturing Campaign Specialist to execute on a variety of campaigns for our key Manufacturer partners. We collaborate with 13+ companies within the Buyers Edge Platform to promote and drive new business to our manufacturer partners like Tyson, Unilever and Georgia Pacific. Your role will be to collaborate with our Platform company representatives and liaise with our manufacturer partners, to successfully manage the process and execute on multiple and simultaneous marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities is a must, as well as working collaboratively and harmoniously with our corporate marketing department on strategy, implementation, and tracking of results.

We are looking for a highly organized individual, with strong project management skills, who is proactive and will fit with our collaborative culture. This individual should have a firm understanding of business processes, CRM systems, and project management systems as well as a grasp of a variety of marketing media and product marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and provide reporting on all facets of campaign fulfillment ? content, target lists, approvals, timelines, tracking, reporting of results

  • Work with the Marketing team to maintain up-to-date statuses and timelines for manufacturer marketing campaigns

  • Manage multiple manufacturer marketing calendars

  • Manage marketing funds and budget

  • Define goals, objectives, and expected results

  • Obtain approvals of assets and processes from manufacturers as well as Platform brands

  • Create a single source of information about all manufacturers marketing campaigns

  • Streamline processes, allowing for increase in number of campaigns and campaign effectiveness

  • Maintain reporting dashboard for all manufacturers marketing campaigns

  • Daily interaction with our manufacturers partners on strategy, coordination, asset gathering, approvals, etc.

  • Liaise, communicate and coordinate with Platform company representatives, including CRM and Inside Sales Teams

  • Obtain campaign results and set regular meetings with key stakeholders

  • Compile quarterly and year end recaps

  • Make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years? experience in relevant work is preferred

  • Proven work experience with marketing campaigns, project management, and Salesforce CRM

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Patience regarding shifting project scopes and priorities

  • Product marketing a plus

  • Food service experience a plus
