Global Partners LP Marketing Manager in Waltham, Massachusetts
Develop and manage marketing programs across a variety of channels, provide support for business objectives, foster customer acquisition and retention, and develop and manage brand building activities.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of strategic marketing plans
Develop business cases for marketing programs and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse employees.
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
Bachelor\u2019s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or related field
3-5 years of previous experience as a marketing manager, product managers, strategist, sales manager or related marketing experience
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
