The Marketing Manager, Media will lead and manage the development of all Americas brand and social media activation, in collaboration with Clarks Global Marketing. This role is highly collaborative across the organization, working closely with all marketing functions including PR, e-commerce, category & commercial marketing, internal and external agency and creative partners. This is a regional role that also supports our partners in Canada and Latin America.

We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience managing media marketing initiatives. This role will require strong communication skills, knowledge of social media concepts and best practices experience managing and working with agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of seasonal brand & social media briefs and plan for Clarks and Clarks sub brands (Clarks, Clarks Originals, Bostonian)

  • Day-to-day management of agency partners and ensure timely delivery of work, specifically media plans, recommendations, reporting and analysis

  • Help drive alignment across all media and social channels, working closely with Global marketing, US commercial marketing and e-commerce teams

  • Strive for stronger alignment with Global, regarding relevant media and social content that support US needs

  • Increase efforts to stay current on changing US media landscape and consumer trends – ways of integration, programmatic buying opportunities, dynamic messaging, etc – always being mindful of what makes sense for the brand.

  • Drive brand equity through pinnacle storytelling with brand media partners- leverage new products and stories as a means to reach new consumers via social channels

  • Oversee US Social strategy, planning and execution - Ensure efficient and strategic use of paid investment, consistent cross functional support, prioritization of key messages and brand moments, and continued test and learn mentality

  • In coordination with Global marketing, plan and execute ongoing content strategy to increase overall online presence and exposure of Clarks Americas

  • Ensure Clarks brand integrity, tone, and voice are represented across all digital content and social media channels

  • Works with internal and external partners in order to evaluate the effectivness of advertising and social channels.
