Circles Global VP, Marketing in Waltham, Massachusetts

As the new Global, VP of Marketing, you will help Circles further accelerate its market leader position in providing employee experience solutions across the world.
Circles is an integral part of Sodexo’s global Quality of Life service portfolio. With services catering to employees, patients and students. Circles supports a wide range of global and local organizations with a suite of innovative workplace services, personal assistance and community management offers.
Reporting directly to Circles’ Global CEO, and as member of Circles’ Global Management Team, the Global VP of Marketing drives the overall strategy and marketing operations of Circles in all its markets.
The role will focus on four core areas of responsibility:
1) Develop and execute on a global roadmap for Circles’ brand and offer development:
In collaboration with Circles GMT develop key initiatives to identify, create and deploy market relevant offers for our Clients and Consumers
Collaborate closely with Heads of Marketing and Offer Development teams within Sodexo on offer integration
Build new business models in partnership with sales, operations and finance teams
Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies with Circles Global VP of Sales and oversee timely execution in each market
Develop and capitalize on Client, Consumer and competition insight to drive offer development
Support the implementation of the reshaping of our digital eco-systems and all interfaces with our three stakeholders communities (clients, consumers and partners).
Understand and ensure Circles’ competitive position in the marketplace
Design and protect Circles’ brand strategy and deployment
2) Oversee the marketing operations of Circles in its existing markets
Support market CEOs with subject matter expertise and develop a consistent marketing approach across all markets
Manage directly the Circles U.S. marketing team and indirectly the marketing resources in other markets
Ensure maximum efficiencies of shared resources across the global marketing team
Identify and implement tools to gain efficiency\ies and improve the quality of the marketing operation
Set up and monitor a KPI dashboard for core marketing activities
3) Drive overall awareness for Circles and B2B lead generation
Oversee and execute Circles’ social media initiatives
Develop and implement a strategy for Circles B2B website
Partner with internal and external PR teams to gain media attention
Work closely with Sales to drive market specific B2B marketing campaigns
Support countries to put in place inbound marketing practices together with the right management of new inbound marketing tools
Map our digital capacities in the countries, identify the “gaps” in terms of resources and skills that may exist and pro-actively propose solutions on how to bridge these gaps progressively
4) Increase member engagement
Support Operations with key messaging strategy on Circles’ B2C portal
Work with Account Teams to develop an engaging editorial calendar for email marketing and website content
Develop creative on-site and remote activation initiatives to increase usage of Circles’ services
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in leading Marketing teams in dynamic, fast moving environments, preferably in B2B and B2
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellence in service across a wide variety of Client profiles and lines of business
Proven track record of being a true business partner for the organization
Extensive experience in client facing roles
Expertise of digital tools and platforms utilized in marketing
Experience in working with global teams and multi-cultural settings
Strong partner/vendor management skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong team spirit, excellent organizational and time management skills

Fluent in English. French a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally
