Siemens Global Sales Operations Manager - Medical Device in Waltham, Massachusetts

Tasksand responsibilities:

  • Responsiblefor driving business growth in identified regions / zones, work closelywith the regions / zones for the sales management

  • Supportdefinition and implementation of global sales strategies for COR

  • Leveragedaily operational experience to drive improvement both in analytics andreporting and in driving the commercial organization through data

  • Implement marketcreation, IB growth and robot utilization / cassette consumptionactivities as per COR organization and sales strategy

  • Work withmarketing to define and support regional sales programs

  • Support setup of Corindus related CRM processes

  • Supportregions in commercial reviews

  • Perform SPS(Structured Problem Solving) analyses to support improvement initiativesaround sales operations and processes

· Work with the product management and marketing team and act as conduit for CPQ process

  • Responsiblefor managing customer visits to the Corindus HQ and factory

Qualificationsand experience:

  • Universitydegree in business administration, engineering, medicine or a similarsector

  • 10+ years ofprofessional experience in the capital and recurring revenue managementenvironment preferable; 5+ years of experience in the CRM environment(marketing and sales)

  • Comprehensivelyunderstand business goals and metrics, gain insights from files and deriveactions

  • AdvancedExcel and PowerPoint capabilities

  • Ability tounderstand complex data structures / “Analytical thinking”

  • Attitude ofquality and attention to detail and strong problem-solving-skills

  • Additionalskills

  • Gooddata visualization and presentation skills

  • Abilityto work in cross-collaboration projects

  • Experienceswith data analytics tools (e.g. Qlik, SAP BW, SAS)

  • Goodcommunication skills

  • Goodwriting skills in English a must; ability to converse in Spanish / Germanwould be an additional benefit

  • Drivefor innovation

  • Teamworkoriented / collaborative attitude

  • Strongcommunication skills in an international environment with regions / zonesand customers and are used to work in a global team
