Wolverine Worldwide is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager capable of leading our brand focused integrated digital marketing team inclusive of performance, retention and SEO. The ideal candidate will be both a leader and practitioner, capable of driving revenue growth for our portfolio of leading footwear and apparel brands. Key initiatives will include owning strategy and tactical execution for digital prospecting, conversion and retention campaigns as well as evaluating new opportunities to drive growth across our businesses.

  • Leading and developing a diverse cross-functional team of digital marketers for a brand or collection of brands with the goal of driving maximum revenue growth.

  • Creating consensus between brand and performance teams, ensuring an integrated full-funnel activation approach.

  • Analyzing SEO, Acquisition and Retention activities and optimizing to key KPIs (including traffic, revenue and engagement).

  • Owning the strategic roadmap and managing budgets fluidly across performance channels.

  • Assisting the brand, strategy and analytics teams in building annual plans.

  • Leading agency partners in executing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring that activation and reporting are being executed in a detailed and timely manner.

  • Seeking out new digital marketing opportunities to constantly evolving our performance marketing abilities.

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience.

  • Ability to work in an agile manner and demonstrate a diverse range of problem solving skills.

  • Previous experience in CRM or SEO is a plus.

  • Previous leadership experience preferred.

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.

  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical eCommerce environment.


Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
