Job Title: Director, Field Marketing- MedSLEDLocation(s): Santa Clara, CA/Vienna, VA/Waltham, MA

This position reports to: Sr Director, AMS Field Marketing

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of MedSLED Field Marketing who will be a leader, motivator, a team enabler, innovator, cross-functional communicator, problem solver and program leader. This key position will support the acquisition, growth and retention of new Healthcare, State and Local government and Education business and will drive marketing strategy and market influencing programs that will help our prospects and customers understand what is possible with ServiceNow. We need someone that is an action-oriented leader and able to thrive as a working manager.

Through cross-functional partnerships with Americas MedSLED Sales Leadership, Americas Regional Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Global and AMS Partner Marketing, Customer Success Marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Marketing Operations you will continuously refine and optimize the MedSLED Go-To-Market marketing strategies and programs to drive greater customer engagement and achieve key business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, have a deep understanding of sales, make data driven decisions and focus on industry imperatives to create and accelerate pipeline, grow customer loyalty and increase brand awareness.

What you get to do in this role:

You will create, oversee and execute a fully integrated go-to-market plan to include demand generation programs, brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns tailored toward the US MedSLED market.

  • You will partner with MedSLED Sales leaders to review strategies and discuss initiatives that align to the revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create relative content which will be used for demand generation, thought leadership programs and ServiceNow website/assets.

  • Budget management is key to this position. You will manage annual MedSLED marketing budget, report forecast and spend on a monthly/quarterly basis

  • Research, select and manage programs relevant for the ServiceNow MedSLED sales team and our identified key markets.

  • You will work closely with your MedSLED Field Marketing team to build and execute strategic marketing programs that are aligned to meet or overachieve sales targets.

  • You will collaborate with the Account Based Marketing (ABM) team to create a successful ABM journey for our key MedSLED customers.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ in high tech marketing to Healthcare and/or SLED industries.

  • Experience and proven success in recruiting, coaching and managing high performing marketing teams.

  • Ability to build and drive marketing strategy for MedSLED in conjunction with Product Marketing, Campaigns and ABM to effectively Go-To-Market

  • Prescriptive communicator who is accustomed to delivering information to a mature sales and marketing and customer base.

  • Keen understanding of SLED and/or Healthcare markets, business models and buyer personas

  • Ability to think and plan strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus toward execution within firm deadlines

  • Data driven, experience with analytics using CRM and/or marketing automation software

  • Experience working with customers, system integrator and public sector channel partners

  • Creative problem-solving, resourceful execution, and high attention to detail

  • Travel up to 25%. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, travel requirements are limited until further notice
