Job Description

As the Americas Director, Digital Solution Consulting, you will be responsible for supporting the technical sales efforts leading a team of highly motivated Solution Consultants and 1st line leaders. In this role, you will lead the Americas Digital Solution Consulting team, driving strategy and growth for our technical team as a part of the Digital Go to Market.

The Solution Consulting (pre-sales) organization is a vital and well-respected part of the sales eco-system at ServiceNow, delivering spectacular interactions and experiences to our customers. This role is part of the Digital organization and as such, will lead our early career team of Solution Consultants. Maintaining strong relationships with counterparts in the Sales, Support, Marketing and other organizations will be key to ensure alignment of organizational activities and directions.

Key components of this role include :

· Collaboration with sales to achieve attainment of quota targets

· Focus on high retention and development of the team

· Enablement and career development for the Solution Consultants

· Effectively develop, design, build, and execute the Digital Go to Market business plan to predictably and consistently generate short-term results while holding a long-term perspective of overall results

· Collaborate with sales, channels/alliances, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering teams to create a seamless customer experience

· Define strategy and execution paths in alignment with sales

  • Help develop scalable programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of our platform to our customers.

· An innovator, with willingness and drive to come up with new and creative ideas

· Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Solution Consultants

· Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with technical and non-technical audiences

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams & prioritize initiatives to completion

· Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable
