The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for customer acquisition and expansion efforts through digital marketing channels. You will work across the marketing and sales teams to design, execute, and report on lead generation and account development activities to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, analytical, and skilled in current digital marketing best practices. A solid understanding of how to leverage organic and paid media channels, email marketing, lead nurture, and marketing automation is essential to your success. Also critical to your success is the ability to use data to understand the performance of your efforts and identify new opportunities to drive profitable growth.Day to day activities:
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
Track and report on campaign KPIs across all channels, taking data-driven steps to optimize and improve performance.
Partner with the sales team on ABM activities to nurture and develop strategic accounts.
Manage agency partners in creating engaging campaign content for target personas across the buyer?s journey.
Work across marketing, sales, and product teams to plan activities in support of product launches and new releases.
Recommend website improvements to support demand generation plans. Optimize web experience through analytics and A/B testing.
3+ years of experience in digital demand generation marketing in a high-growth B2B tech firm or agency.
Fluency in marketing analytics with demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights to achieve key metrics.
SEM, SEO, social media, retargeting, display advertising with a strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends.
Experience with a variety of ad media platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube ads).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
Excellent communicator, with the ability to break down complex ideas into approachable copy and presentations.
Team player with strong cross-functional skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities.
