Job Description:

This Communications Manager II role is part of the company-wide Communications, Content and Governance organization. We're seeking a seasoned communications professional who will be responsible for communications strategy and content, programs, projects, and contentfor major support functions and strategic priorities for the company. This role will have a heavy focus on written communications, including executiveand program-related communications, and will work closely with teammatesacross other enterprise areas, such as Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public Policy and Media.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Develop and execute communication plans; write, edit and manage messaging and outreach

  • Manage targeted and enterprise-wide executive and team member communications for various channels, including briefings, articles, podcasts, videos

  • Partner with colleagues and agencies to maximize opportunities, manage issues

  • Organize initiatives, including planning meetings and crafting meeting agendas

  • Produce reports; help manage program measurement and analysis

  • Provide operations support assistance as needed

  • Stay current on emerging industry trends

Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline, and 10+ yrs of experience in communications, public relations agency; or equivalent related education, knowledge and years of experience

  • Demonstrated writing and speech writingexperience

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence

Desired Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Demonstrated writing and speech writing experience, supporting senior executives

  • Internal communications experience

  • Copywriting skills

  • Comfortable and proficient in technology
