The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing a ‘coach and player’ role that includes managing up to two Solutions Sales Managers as well as owning and managing the sales process related to assigned accounts in a fast-moving, highly team-focused environment.

  • Managing and offering strategic guidance and support to up to two direct reports to ensure senior level account coverage and maximizing partnership and support of key customers.

  • The growth and maintenance of assigned accounts with a defined quota as well as identifying and winning new business directly and in collaboration with direct reports.

  • Relationship development across multiple levels at the client organization(s)

  • Taking a consultative and strategic approach to the sales process, listening carefully to customer needs and bringing in the right digital data solution at the right time.

  • Prospecting and nurturing self-generated and company provided new account leads

  • Consistently and strategically securing client meetings and presenting expert proposals

  • Maintaining all prospect and customer information in Salesforce.com as well as inputting regular call reports for shared learnings with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive management and outside sales experience in related healthcare segment

  • Experience selling data and/or audience targeting solutions in the healthcare market

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Know how to truly probe, listen and move dialogue in a positive direction

  • Flexible personality able to adapt to changing priorities in a highly collaborative team environment

  • A proven track record of expanding revenue in defined market segments

  • Comfort and experience with video presentations and engagement with prospects and clients

  • Travel to key accounts and industry events when safe

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
