Our 403b retirement savings plan includes a generous match. The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Brandeis University is seeking an exceptional higher education professional to lead its operation. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Assistant Director provides comprehensive operations and logistics management for a vibrant and growing lifelong learning institute. Recently celebrating its 20th year on campus, the Brandeis Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (BOLLI) is a dynamic year-round community of older adults who explore a liberal arts curriculum while immersing themselves in some of the most compelling questions and issues tackled by the modern research university. The Assistant Director runs the day-to-day BOLLI operation. With three staff under their management, the Assistant Director has operational responsibility for enrollment management (marketing and communication, registration, CRM creation and maintenance), program administration (classes and events: online and in-person, membership-related committees and philanthropic board operations), information and financial systems (non-payroll OpEx budget and forecasting, data mining and dashboards, foundation and grant reporting), and BOLLI?s facility and equipment. Key Responsibilities: The Assistant Director is responsible for the day to day supervision, evaluation, and performance review of all BOLLI support personnel. The AD has input on non-personnel OpEx items and prepares non-personnel OpEx budgets. The successful candidate will lead BOLLI?s program administration to produce seamless online and in-person program delivery as measured by program-by-program evaluations and periodic all-member surveys, and will take a continuous quality assurance approach to personnel supervision as measured by supervisees? job performance. They will also spearhead a marketing and communications program, in collaboration with the ED, to produce member retention and enrollment growth as measured by an annual membership census and the earned revenue stream. Additionally, they will operate BOLLI?s information and financial systems to produce accurate and timely information for senior management, and smooth and effective operation of configured and reconfigured systems (SLATE CRM, Monday.com) as measured by on-time, four-times-a-year print-ready delivery of the BOLLI catalog and registration module. Finally, the successful candidate will oversee BOLLI?s facility and equipment to produce a learning environment, physical and digital, meeting the high expectations of the BOLLI membership, as measured by feedback from BOLLI?s member-leaders (Curriculum Committee, Study Group Support Committee, and Membership Committee, respectively), and surveys of the membership at large. Educations & Requirements: Education: B.A./B.S. required.
