What You Will Do

Work in a cross-functional team. Working closely with Vistaprint analysts, marketers, executives and other stakeholders to inform advertising spend, execute and analyze well-designed experiments, and uncover insights to drive value for the customer and the business

Testing and Measurement. Designing and executing sophisticated A/B tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize sales; analyze results to provide insights and recommendations to the business.

Data Analysis and Modeling. Identify opportunities to drive marketing efficiency in paid and owned channels (Television, Radio, Print, Display, Affiliate, Search). Improve the customer experience, acquire valuable customers, and drive repeat shopping behavior. Incorporate advertising data, transactional history, and website activity into multivariate analyses and statistical models.

You Have:

Proven ability to collaborate in a fast paced, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often 

Experience mentoring junior analysts and guiding their work to optimize team’s overall bandwidth 

Passion, curiosity, and adaptability complimented by an ambitious personality to drive analyses that uncover impactful insights 

Strong communication skills and experience delivering technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 

5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in an eCommerce environment and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related discipline. Master’s degree a plus.  

Experience analyzing paid and owned channel data to optimize advertising spend.

Technical, analytical work experience in web analytics data and tools. Role leverages Adobe Analytics; prior experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other web analytics platform preferred. 

Must possess a strong understanding of statistical methods and familiarity with test design. 

Must be proficient in SQL. Any other programmable languages such as R or Python are a plus. The role currently leverages SQL and R.
