Who are you? Marketing Writer / Contract Administrator

You are an eager, curious, Marketing Writer / Contract Administrator who understands sales process needs, you have strong communication skills and have a love of organization, accuracy, detail oriented, and teamwork including outreach to sales team members and communication with many different personalities. Love of the automotive industry is a definite plus, as we are a leader in that space.

As Marketing Writer / Contract Administrator - you’ll be part of a strong sales support team responsible for supporting the larger sales team on all needs required to keep the sales process running smoothly. You will have a significant, measurable impact on the companies sales process and overall sales success.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage client contract administration functions

  • Establish process and procedures for the Sales Admin team

  • Oversee and consolidate duplicate accounts in sales databases

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the sales pipeline

  • Support the management of the schedule of the Chief Sales Office

  • Coordinate the sales team’s involvement at major events such as trade shows

  • Helps the sales team prepare for sales presentations

  • Prep, proof, and produce proposals / legal documents

  • Write & edit prospect/client outreach cadences

  • Write & edit new client proposals / contracts

  • Customize content in contracts

  • Send service agreements & amendments via electronic signing software

  • Support additional ad hoc operational activities as needed

    This is a fast-paced role with a rapidly growing company. Communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to work in an interrupt-driven environment, multi-tasking, organization, and collaboration skills are prerequisites for success. The Sales Coordinator must be comfortable leading others, directing others, and working within a highly visible position.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree and at least in a Sales Admin / Coordinator / support position or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Special Requirements:

  • Salesforce.com administration experience

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Some travel required

  • Digital Marketing experience is a plus

  • Paralegal preferred
