Job Description:
We are seeking Global Channel Partner Development Manager to identify, develop, and expand our partner relationships and go-to-market strategies for Veracross sales channels in global regions. This role will report to the Global Director of Channel Sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop a business plan to target and recruit global partners supporting the Private K-12 Independent School market.
Partner with finance to conduct market research and analysis, to find opportunities to penetrate new markets and grow existing channels.
Support ARR growth by recruiting and onboarding new target partners in NA and international regions.
As a key member of the sales organization, you will be responsible for meeting critical milestones, KPIs, and regional ARR targets.
Develop and execute channel-driven sales plans to target new partners, account planning, and forecasting across existing partners.
Responsible for working closely with sales engineers to train partners to sell the value of the Veracross solution.
Work with marketing, sales engineers, and sales enablement to develop onboarding training for new partners.
Work with Sales Enablement, Sales Engineers, and technical team to develop product certification for partners.
As a team member in the sales organization, you will work closely with account executives and sales engineers, to join prospect demos, and onsite meetings and assign partners to assist with sales opportunities.
Coordinate contracts with sales operations, finance operations and legal to sign new partners.
Work with sales and marketing to establish partner KPIs and set expectations with the partner organization to drive partner engagement with school contacts.
Responsible for working closely with marketing to recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns to support partner engagement with schools.
Assist Global Director in measuring partner engagement with Veracross including partners entering referrals in our partner portal.
Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with our partners at the director/C level to increase engagement to drive ARR.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BA)
Has minimum 4 years’ experience in a Channel Partner Development role growing sales through channel partner relationships within SaaS
This role is remote and located in the US
Demonstrates proven experience leading successful global partnerships having carried quota greater than $10M SaaS ARR including quota for APAC and EMEA
Has strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Can accommodate working as part of a global team
Has an analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
Salesforce experience required
Experience in SaaS EdTech company requires
Travel required
