Product Marketing Manager
Position Summary
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is looking for a Product Marketing Manager motivated by developing programs that acquire new customers and expand relationships with current customers to exceed business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales and marketing materials across Dodge Construction Network solutions to engage new customers and retain existing customers with a core focus to expand relationships across all segments. You are comfortable using market and customer research, competitive intelligence, and analysis of industry/segment trends to create meaningful customer value messaging.
You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing colleagues to develop effective materials and programs for the commercial construction segments we serve.
This position reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.
Location
This is a remote role for candidates in the Northeastern US and willing to travel twice per quarter, or on an as-needed monthly basis, to our Bedford, Massachusetts office.
Core Responsibilities
Understand the commercial construction market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to shape sales and marketing materials
Prepare market opportunity analysis; identify competitive products, market trends, audience segments and pricing recommendations
Partner with product development to gain a deep understanding of Dodge Construction Network’s product vision, functionality, and growth strategy to lead product launch plans and ensure on-time and successful execution across the business
Work closely with sales, marketing, and account management colleagues to support the goals of Dodge Construction Network solutions
Develop market segmentation messaging and programs that will drive new customer acquisition, cross/upsell and retention revenue
Establish messaging in partnership with product management to stay ahead of market trends and establish differentiated market positioning
Create and maintain a library of content and sales tools; sales sheets, battlecards, customer presentations, competitive materials, website, social copy and more
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work/industry experience is required
3-5 years of product marketing experience
Background in B2B, preferably technology, data, or SaaS companies within or that serve the Commercial Construction Industry as a big plus
A content writing style that can make complex solutions easily understood, mundane actions compelling and engaging. Must bring a concise, customer-centric value proposition into every go-to-market message
You are a team player with the ability to foster relationships cross-functionally
A collaborate attitude that understands success is achieved as a team. Partnering with colleagues to ensure business and customer satisfaction goals are met
Ensure customer-facing teams understand how to talk about the product externally and have the sales collateral they need
Support the evaluation of new opportunities to increase revenue and profits

Compensation
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role may be eligible for a market competitive bonus upon accepted offer.
