We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our East Coast Sales team to support our growing business portfolio. The Regional Sales Manager will develop the sales strategy and execute at key account end users, distributor partners, system integrators/OEM’s and engineering firms. You will build customers confidence in Anderson-Negele products and build loyalty to our brand. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic and passionate individual who can easily grasp technical topics, translate them into impactful and memorable conversations and presentations and is comfortable delivering that content both in person and remotely.
In this role:
Develop sales strategy for assigned territory, in this case, the East Coast!
Establish & maintain funnel for accounts

On your first day, we’ll expect that you’ll have:
Proven work experience in a sales, marketing, or engineering role within the Food Beverage &/or Life Sciences industries
Demonstrated ability to be a self-learner with a strong drive to research, experiment and get hands-on with their projects
An engaging personality, comfortable speaking with technically minded customers and business principals
Bachelor's Degree with a growth mindset & comfort with road warrior travel
Become a subject matter expert and gain experience on a variety of products to challenge and develop your skills.
