Job Description

Frontdoor, Inc. is looking for a digital marketer to drive the growth, efficiency and success of our paid marketing programs for two brands - One Guard and Landmark. This person will be KPI focused, a creative problem solver and an owner. They will be able to dig into the details to identify and execute on optimization tactics, while also working with internal stakeholders to develop a strategy for continued success. This person will sit within our centralized Performance Marketing team and will be able to collaborate and learn with other Brand program owners, leveraging expertise across the group, while being the key representative of Performance Marketing to the One Guard and Landmark brands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage performance marketing channels and affiliate partnerships for One Guard and Landmark brands

  • Responsibile for management and optimization of paid search programs, in Google and Microsoft Ads

  • Work with Paid Social Manager to achieve objectives in Facebook and other upper funnel channels

  • Test into growth opportunities through affiliate partnerships

  • Partner with internal teams to guide, develop and execute landing page tests for paid channels

  • Partner with Analytics to develop dashboards and reports that optimize decisioning and actions off of data

  • Ensure leads generated are handing off to sales team properly, and collaborate to identify ways to drive more valuable leads via paid channels

  • Manage paid search targeting options across multiple clients (geo-targeting, campaign settings, demographic targeting, etc.)

  • Administer bid management tools to accurate pace daily paid search budgets

  • Design, implement and report on A/B tests to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc campaign reporting and analysis.

  • Leverage available data to find opportunities for growth and efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years or equivalent – with focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, Facebook

  • Google Ads certifications preferred

  • Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor experience. Google Script a plus.

  • Competency with Bing ads and YouTube advertising

  • Proven success at optimizing and managing existing SEM/PPC campaigns

  • Deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem.

  • Experience with SEM bid auctions, and leveraging technology to optimize keyword bids.

  • Experience with large accounts (7-Figure spend preferred)

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Proficient in Website Analytics usage. Google 360 preferred.
