The Sr. Clinical Marketing Specialist Informatics PD Cluster is a credible liaison between business, marketing and scientific communities, responsible for providing voice of clinical integrity based on clinical evidence, data, and health economic information, communicating our evidence of value and establishing relationships with the KOL community, supporting IVPs, claims development and evidence planning, contributing into development of the strongest KOL network

You are responsible for

Plan clinical Claims roadmaps

  • Development and management of IVP’S claims road map and execution

  • Support and supervise Claims generation and quality for champion’s NPI

  • Engage with key stake holders to execute on evidence generation (clinical scientist, clinical affairs etc.)

  • Manage clinical roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing & sales support activities

Identify and Engage KOLs

  • Manage global network for insights into clinical needs, trends opportunities for innovation; conduct KOL-centered activities, i.e. advisory board in alignment with portfolios and segments.

  • Obtain competitive intelligence for clinical domain & technology developments

  • Create internal KOL engagement community centered around C-suite KOL needs, supporting businesses, markets, cluster content strategists, digital team and CMO. Assure clinical content excellence and drive clinical relevance and credibility.

Inform clinical strategy & provide insight

  • Participate in clinical research, concept & feasibility projects to support innovation

  • Understand segmentation & key requirements of value space from clinical perspective through engagement with key markets & KOLs

  • Lead Clinical insight collection in partnership with CMO, Clinical Affairs, HEOR, to input into and support portfolio strategy

Drive Clinical Content Excellence

  • Clinical content supervision (campaign-webinar-blog)

  • Support clinical content for Events (RSNA-ECR-ASNR etc.) to drive clinical relevance and credibility

Support product marketing and communication strategy

  • Input into development of value propositions to reflect relevant clinical needs

  • Provide clinical insights to maintain integral proposition E2E

  • Provide consults and assure clinical integrity of the messaging

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s desired

  • 10+ years Combination of Clinical Practice and Healthcare industry experience

  • 2+ years clinical or health economic research experience is strongly preferred (can be substituted by master’s degree in healthcare management, policy or relevant work experience)

  • Strong knowledge of Informatics solutions, workflow and implementation including IT management processes and workflow

  • In-depth knowledge of evidence generation methods, strategies, development, and clinical research frameworks.

  • Understanding of reimbursement principles, and ability to recognize and potentially facilitate removing barriers for future reimbursement status / regulatory approvals. This effort requires significant Clinical expertise to drive medical acceptance.

  • Clear understanding of customer / market insights and how product / solutions are conceived, developed, priced, and launched and managed through their lifecycle

  • Experience in developing and globally launching value propositions

  • Desired experience working in start-up, NBX, or entrepreneurial environments

  • A global perspective to developing solutions that meet global and region-specific needs

  • Outstanding business acumen; knows the industry, can quickly learn the Philips business model and value proposition, key competitors, and other marketplace factors/dynamics while effectively working in complex matrix organization

  • Understanding of P&L including underlying line items

  • Understanding of the business category, science, channels, stakeholders

  • A team player with track of record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross businesses issues and generate impact are result through others

  • Proven ability to influence and develop relationship with senior stakeholders and key decision makers at senior level

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills; proven abilities to manage multiple, often complex, and sometimes competing, objectives, goals and other priorities to effective and efficient conclusion

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; exhibits professional maturity, confidence, and competence. Strong conflict resolution skills: proven ability to achieve conflict resolution effectively and quickly with affected parties and work in a cross functional environment

  • A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills, who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to her/his work
