Services provide an incredible marketing opportunity to drive customer satisfaction through service and solution innovation and exceptional delivery in the market while driving campaigns and programs that build long-term customer loyalty. The Services and Install Base Sales Enablement Manager drives the service agreement sales funnel, from lead to close by working closely with the Service Solutions sales team on a daily basis, bridging. Define service and solutions offers based in customer insight. Ensure delivery processes maximize measurable Customer value over the lifecycle of ownership. Develop the offerings and go-to-market strategies that establish Philips as the partner of choice for healthcare delivery organizations in North America.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned key performance indicators including but not limited to service agreement capture rate, service agreement order intake, and revenue.

  • Measure service offering, Service Solutions (sales) performance, and service delivery performance in assigned business.

  • Create the go-to-market approach (Customer Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, and Promotions) to drive installed base and Customer services sales, growth, and advocacy in defined sales zones.

  • Design and develop sales enablement programs. Track and measure sales enablement program performance.

  • Provide day-to-day service agreement sales support to the Service solutions sales organization, Account managers, and specialists in assigned zone.

  • Contribute to annual business processes including, but not limited to price review and management, business-market combination, annual operating plan development, annual marketing plan development.

  • Collect and analyze market and competitive information; define target groups and competitive threats to understand and build Philips opportunities.

  • Support Marketing Plan development

  • Support market-specific integral value proposition development, enhancement of global value propositions.

  • Interface to the business service marketing and operations teams; interface to global service and solutions delivery marketing team; generate relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development

  • Provides central management, business reviewed updates, and legally reviewed updates of Customer facing documents, brochures, presentations, terms and conditions, exhibits, quotation form, and content

  • Develop and promote content inclusive of Customer success stories, case studies, and validated claims.

  • Continuous monitoring and measuring service portfolio performance, seeking actionable insights and taking appropriate actions to drive business results

  • Know and adhere to Philips formal and informal quality policies and procedures

  • Represent sales insights and direct customer insights to improve the North America service and solutions delivery offerings portfolio. Providing North American market input to the global strategy for the Customer Service portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business – MBA preferred or equivalent work experience in marketing positions

  • 5+ year experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions, including creating customized value propositions to unique customers and market segments

  • Financial analysis and modeling skills required.

  • Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and business plans.

  • A proven change agent who is willing to actively promote new ways of doing business

  • Strong results orientation. Capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time and on budget.

  • Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and think around roadblocks

  • Self-starter who can operate without daily direction and can set priorities

  • Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with worldwide/international personnel.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization across multiple locations.
