Philips Senior Director, Revenue Strategy and Planning in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
Own the annual revenue plan for Market North America. You will create the strategy and execution plan of implementation schedules Q+1 and beyond for all businesses in North America leading to more predictable revenue results. Additionally, you will work across Project Leadership (Connected Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Image Guided Therapy, Ultrasound/Box businesses), and business cluster leadership to lead the planning strategy and execution across the market. This role will be accountable to the Head of Operations and Market MT for accurate forecasting of Q+1 revenue results within annual targets.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Owns and develops Strategy plans with relation to revenue planning (including OIT/Revenue conversion targets), and S&OP, in addition to applicable policies and authorizes their implementation.
Leads the development and implementation of supply chain strategy and revenue management to support Market goals, through implementing S&OP process excellence as well as driving robust strategies in Implementation Project Management planning, backlog management, Inventory Management, Warehousing & Distribution to optimize service, cost and working capital.
Assists business leaders in End-to-End Inventory management to target, and promotes End-to-End cycle time reduction programs to respond faster to changing demand while decreasing inventories.
Responsible for sound supply chain process execution and capability with relation to revenue planning, and S&OP in the Markets
Drives on the improvement of execution in forecast and delivery accuracy provides strong functional leadership throughout the entire End-2-End (E2E) process, and strengthen operational planning capabilities at all levels.
Responsible for E2E lead Time reduction across BGs and Markets
Develops capabilities and Supply Chain initiatives to support Revenue performance over a multi-year horizon.
Lead and develop the Strategy and Planning team to ensure the long and short term capabilities.
Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations
Make an allocation proposal in case order book exceeds capacity/available production slots or material availability
Pro-actively lead a supply chain, Scenario Mapping /Root cause analysis/ Look and think ahead; build allocations in case of constraints
Identify areas of improvement in the Supply Planning process and develop and implement new ways of working
Key contact for BPE/BPO in relation to improvements on process and functionality
Owns Continuous Improvement/Business Transformation processes for the whole Revenue and Project Management team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
15+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
Masters’ Degree, required
Broad knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain Management
Expert on the Supply Planning and S&OP process
Ability to drive change within an organization
Excellent communication and change management skills
Strong knowledge of production & capacity planning techniques
Strong communication, persuasive and analytical skills
Ability steer & lead collaboration with supply chain partners (markets, business units, industry & suppliers)
Knowledge on inventory management including safety stock management
