Philips Sales, Key Account Manager - Domestic Appliances (National) in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts
We are in search for a results-driven Retail Sales, Key Account Manager to provide support to our Customers in our Domestic Appliances Team!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, for customers and grows market share by selling into key accounts while retaining current business.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Presents solutions to problems to key stakeholders within the customers organization and identify areas of sales opportunities and growth within the accountCreates solutions to meet customer requirements
Develops and owns strategies for channel and accounts that will achieve business growth targets
Works with Team Lead to develop overall channel sales plan, accurately forecasting possible deals for the year and ensures order volume and revenue targets are met
Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, trade spend, and profit margin at a specified number of customers
Coordinates all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves local sales force and marketing support
Manages continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operates at the highest level in the accounts’ organizations, but also facilitates the executive level interfaces between the company and the accounts if necessary
Prepares the annual account plan in line with the national account plan strategy and implements the sales strategy
Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
Initiates and negotiates tailor made actions, discusses with customers or store managers about sales actions
Ensures availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with order desk and logistics
Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends
Liaison with Philips internal stakeholders to determine which products and programs will be offered to the Channel
Provides feedback/guidance to Product Management such as; market/competitive pricing, new products in the marketplace and competitive activity
Successfully sells into competitive accounts and grows market share within assigned territory
Builds and maintains effective relationships with Philips Major Accounts at all levels in the buying process in internal and external customers
Develops new product concepts and marketing support materials together with Marketing department
Monitors and manages customer product mix and profitability
Establishes a regular rapport with all stakeholders at prospective and existing customers
Effectively leverages cross-divisional Philips team by leading the team to meet the customer needs
Provides a coordinated Philips front to the customer, leveraging the entire Philips team
Monitors channel budgets/trade, forecasts, AOP including revenue and gross margins
To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years account management experience in CPG industry
Experience selling into major Retailers
University degree, BBA / Commerce preferred
Proven track record of success in sales with Consumer Product
Strong knowledge and experience in using fact-based selling approach
Excellent negotiation skills, dynamic people and interpersonal skills
Ability to think outside the box
Effective Communicator both written and verbal
Advance presentations skills

The salary range for this position is:___$90,000- 100,000____The bonus target is:__$20,000______
