Philips Sales Director, Multi-Vendor Service Solutions (National) in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Manage a team of Multi-Vendor Service Solution Specialists working nationally to maximize sales, volumes and revenues in complex deals for the Multi-Vendor Service specialty business.

This role has responsibility for

  • Managing a high-functioning sales team; ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction and meeting/exceeding growth and financial targets

  • Leading the Specialist Sales Team in development and/or achievement of: territory and strategic account plans, funnel management, deal strategies, forecasting accuracy, and CRM compliance

  • Championing the interests of and protecting the value of the Multi-Vendor specialty business

  • Leading and positioning your team to sell Philips Multi-Vendor Service Solutions with customers and exceeding zone financial objectives

  • Measuring and monitoring Specialist metrics on a regular cadence and managing performance through tools available in the Performance Achievement Plan

  • Partnering and assisting in commercial sales order attainment by positioning service as part of overall orders

  • Engaging business units and field marketing to have foresight into product offerings and changes impacting solutions

  • Contributing to successful NPI and ensuring that effective training resources are provided to the team

This opportunity is a part of

The Service Solutions organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Service Solutions, and leading a team of 4-8 Multi-Vendor Specialists.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred (preferably in a scientific, business or engineering specialty)

  • 10+ years of related service sales experience

  • Experience in business to business sales

  • Proven track record (3+ years) in account management role, and demonstrated success with new business growth

  • Prior team management/people leadership, strongly preferred

  • This is a remote role; must be located near a major airport

  • Ability to travel approximately 60%
