Philips Sales Director, Multi-Vendor Service Solutions (National) in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Manage a team of Multi-Vendor Service Solution Specialists working nationally to maximize sales, volumes and revenues in complex deals for the Multi-Vendor Service specialty business.
This role has responsibility for
Managing a high-functioning sales team; ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction and meeting/exceeding growth and financial targets
Leading the Specialist Sales Team in development and/or achievement of: territory and strategic account plans, funnel management, deal strategies, forecasting accuracy, and CRM compliance
Championing the interests of and protecting the value of the Multi-Vendor specialty business
Leading and positioning your team to sell Philips Multi-Vendor Service Solutions with customers and exceeding zone financial objectives
Measuring and monitoring Specialist metrics on a regular cadence and managing performance through tools available in the Performance Achievement Plan
Partnering and assisting in commercial sales order attainment by positioning service as part of overall orders
Engaging business units and field marketing to have foresight into product offerings and changes impacting solutions
Contributing to successful NPI and ensuring that effective training resources are provided to the team
This opportunity is a part of
The Service Solutions organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Service Solutions, and leading a team of 4-8 Multi-Vendor Specialists.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred (preferably in a scientific, business or engineering specialty)
10+ years of related service sales experience
Experience in business to business sales
Proven track record (3+ years) in account management role, and demonstrated success with new business growth
Prior team management/people leadership, strongly preferred
This is a remote role; must be located near a major airport
Ability to travel approximately 60%
