In this role you will have the opportunity to drive orders and sales growth with key strategic accounts in the East for the Diagnostic X-Ray and Fluoroscopy (DXR) business at Philips.
You are responsible for:
Engaging with C-suite, Radiology department – Radiologists and Radiology Administrators - among major Hospital networks and Government/VA accounts in USA. This role will be partnering with Philips internal Account Management (AM) and DXR Sales Specialist team to meet the business growth objectives.
Nurturing and growing Philips DXR Business with Major Accounts in United States.
Driving DXR (X-Ray and Fluoroscopy) portfolio growth in strategic accounts in USA – Academic Hospital, Private Hospitals, Government/VA, Diagnostic Imaging Centers, Private Hospitals, Government/VA, Diagnostic Imaging Centers.
Engaging with customers to build and execute business funnel, closely working together with Account Managers and DXR Sales teams.
Developing stakeholder relationships together with Sales Leader/ Strategic Key Account Managers and facilitate engagement as required through opportunity lifecycle.
Developing sales strategies for new opportunities and together with Sales Leader / Strategic Account Manager and Client Delivery Manager will be held accountable for prospecting, lead generation until solution delivery and operations (Lead-to-Contract- to-OIT-to-Revenue).
Driving development of the sales funnel based on customer intelligence, engaging with customers and driving integral design of solutions and local marketing with the goal to convert leads into clients.
Advising customer decision makers how to best realize the value of their Philips investment through innovation, implementation and productive use.
Defining and managing the relationships with all contributing expert partners to enable richer offerings.
Preparing proposals for management to get financial support to pursue new opportunities and successfully launches and supports the realization of the approved business plan
Leading the Presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of market trends with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
Presenting solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure.
Actively contributing to the change of proposal development: professionalize the way of working with deal-boards and adopt commercial innovation and co-creation methods for enhanced solution engineering.
Driving competitive analysis, enhance portfolio and strategies against established players and new threats based on deep understanding of industry landscape incl. customer needs, trends, competition.
To succeed in this role you should have the following qualifications:
Experience in X-Ray or Fluoroscopy portfolio (preferred)
Proven sales experience in Medical Devices, Radiology or Healthcare industry.
Building Customer & Partner Relationships.
C-Suite engagement experience
Industry and competitive landscape assessment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills
Impeccable presentation skills – Face-to-face or Virtual.
