Healthcare Transformation Services Leader, Market North America

In this role, you have the opportunity to

To lead a global consulting and sales team, delivering consulting services to our provider clients including analysis of clinical and business processes, operational data analytics, support for long-term strategic partnerships, and managed services. This is a senior management, customer facing, consultative role where you are able to engage in insightful and compelling ways with hospital management at executive level. You will help define, plan and implement strategic and operational change. You will be part of and build upon a global team.

You are responsible for

  • Leading a team of consultants and sales professionals providing day-to-day management and drive performance.

  • Talent management responsibilities to attract, retain, motivate and develop the team.

  • Leading assessments and resultant implementation of clinical and operational data analytics solutions, business process improvements, partnership assessments, and managed equipment services within the healthcare landscape

  • Leading the day to day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel and Philips team members

  • Developing strategic working relationships and provide guidance to C-level client leaders

  • Participating in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development

  • Partnering with other Philips Consultants and Partners to implement process changes and handle creation of deliverables

  • Playing a lead role in educating and coaching internal resources in area(s) of subject matter expertise

  • Partner with management team in marketing and communication efforts including speaking engagements, publishing and improving Philips’ reach to target markets.

  • Developing people and organization, focus on capability building both at central level as in the market organizations

  • Sharing standard methodologies between solution areas and markets

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting to provider organizations or working in provider healthcare with eight years of experience in managing project teams

  • Project leadership experience, including ability to develop structured data requests from client staff reflected in a professional Statement of Work & Offering and demonstrated analytical and problem solving activity

  • Understanding, and experience in the areas of structured deck writing and hypothesis approach, organizational transformation competencies such as strategy, process, human performance factors, culture, and change adoption communications

  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills

  • Experience to coach and lead junior & new staff members on the job

  • Ability to travel with short notice approximately 75%

  • Multi-lingual; Fluent command of English and a local language

  • High energy, resourceful, creative, articulate; open to new ideas and ways of working but focused in approach and solution development

  • Passionate desire to be a part of the accelerating change in the Healthcare Industry

  • An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree, particularly an MBA, is strongly preferred.
