  • This is a Director level position responsible for managing the Premium CT segment of the CT business under the Business Lead for CT/AMI NA

  • This position is responsible for Spectral and Premium Segment CT business in NA, estimated to be € 300-400M in an overall CT market size of approximately € 900 M

  • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities in the segment

  • Recommending and implementing changes to methods, processes and procedures for the segment

  • Manages budget for the segment and develops business case/plans as needed

You are responsible for

  • Responsible to develop and execute the Go to Market approach for Spectral and Premium segment CT portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy

  • Works with the Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches in North America

  • Supports the Business Market Leader/Business Market Manager (BML/BMS) in the interactions with the Business, especially the BMC process.

  • Supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.

  • Portfolio of products, solutions and services is large and complex Marketing Plan and Execution

  • Supports creating the Health System Marketing Plan for the Market by providing Customer’s Audience and Personas pains and need as well as Business specific insights, in alignment with the global Portfolio and Business Strategy

  • For the Spectral and Premium Segment CT portfolio, provides input for content and requirements for the campaign programs of reputation, demand generation (incl. for IB, Cross- and Upsell), loyalty and sales enablement in collaborations with business. cluster, and market Engagement Strategy

  • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction for their assigned audiences

  • Drives the Customer’s Audience/Personas based approach and Business specific execution of the business, cluster, and market Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans

  • Supports the BMC process (prioritized Customer segments, products, services, and solutions) around the marketing enablers and marketing metrics

  • Provides Market and Customer Insights and Trends regularly to the Business (i.e. how do they change according to changing/evolving ecosystem)

  • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Products, Solutions, and Services

  • Responsible for driving cross-functional team on local product launches on identified Customer/Audience/Personas in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy

Marketing Sales Enablement

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.

  • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.

  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

You are part of

  • This is a senior management position responsible for managing the Spectral and Premium Segment of the CT business in North America

  • Responsible for the achievement of relevant metrics for the efforts and deliverables, and meeting the goals and objectives

  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of various functions / departments.

  • The level is determined by the size of the geographic area of responsibility and the size and significance of portfolio for which the incumbent is responsible.

  • Contributes by recommending and implementing changes to methods, processes and procedures

  • Influence on a Business magnitude: € 30-100 M.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s degree and>5 years of industry related experience required. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or diagnostic imaging products or solutions

  • Clinical or technical expertise in computed tomography preferred

  • Sales or marketing experience

  • Has a broad knowledge of CT products, applications, and services

  • Complete knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes

  • Capable of leading a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams

  • Strong experience in marketing technology, in healthcare domains, incl. creating customized value propositions to customers

  • Strong expertise in Computed Tomography required.

  • Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and /or matrix organization

  • Experience with leading a cross functional team

  • Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures
