Business Transformation and Strategy Leader - Precision Diagnosis

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Lead the transformations, strategic development plans and execution of these plans within Precision Diagnosis. You will drive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operations to ensure both annual operating and strategic commitments are met in addition to working with key leaders to ensure the organization has the capabilities and talent required to win.

You are responsible for:

  • Oversight over Marketing, Operational and Sales Excellence (SE) programs and projects for North America (NAM) Precision Diagnosis; lead NAM representatives for the NAM COE to deliver to global PEPF framework

  • End-to-end customer and sales engagement process owner for the market, including Demand generation process oversight and execution, plans Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead (MQL to SQL).

  • Leading Overall Go-to-Market (GTM) as part of SPoR for appropriate segmentation, sales resource coverage, role and capability planning, and allocation of resources to the sales growth plan.

  • Managing team to ensure alignment to organization strategies as well as ability to execute specific initiatives within the organization, ensuring support across all sales groups.

  • Establishing and driving key leading growth, relationship and commercial productivity indicators; drive execution on priorities to improve performance.

  • Providing assessments, recommendations and development of appropriate models (i.e. selling, mentoring, Account Planning, Team Performance) to support efficient and effective field activities.

  • Ensuring systems in place to drive Pipeline build, opportunity qualification, and close rate.

  • Governing and managing of the Sales Excellence COE, for both direct and dotted line functional team members.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop integrated incentives tied to role and market objectives, (including quota, commissions, PPM, and customer experience metrics), and supporting role architecture and assessments that tie to PBS blueprints.

  • New Product Introduction (NPI) and M&A GTM integration planning lead for NAM.

  • Trending and metrics associated with all aspects of sales performance (opportunity funnel growth and conversion, lead conversion improvement; Funnel conversion metrics and process improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10+ Years of experience in Business and Marketing Management

  • 10+ Years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles

  • Healthcare experience preferred

  • Sales and Operational Excellence required

  • Track record of success in leading Go to Market planning and process

  • Multi-function CI experience in multi-location lean deployments

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Consulting skills, ability to operate in a highly matrixed structure

  • Training and Facilitation proficiencies

  • Practical experience implementing Toyota Production System, or similar, in a functional role

  • Comfortable engaging with associates at all levels of the organization (from shop floor to boardroom)

  • Ability to generate enthusiasm with colleagues on Lean methodology as a business necessity
