SUMMARY

EMCOR Services Northeast has an immediate need for a Maintenance Sales Associate in Stoughton, MA. This position will be responsible to assist EMCOR Services Northeast in meeting its maintenance goals and objectives by providing technical and operational support to the Sales Engineers and the Vice President of Sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist outside sales team in executing and achieving their maintenance sales objectives.

• Extensive interaction with Sales Engineers, customers, and suppliers via phone and email.

• Possess a basic understanding of HVAC systems, components and equipment.

• Assist with proposal writing, tracking, and maintenance booking packages.

• Limited local travel to jobsites as needed to meet with Sales Engineers and VP of Sales.

• Actively manage Sales Lead Database in Smartsheet including reminders and updates with Sales Engineers.

• Maintain bid log in Smartsheet.

• Maintain Fastlane site on all projects over $500,000.

• Maintain project document folders on the shared server.

• Actively participate in Sales meetings.

• Collaborate and cooperate with peers to share best business practices.

• Participate in special projects as needed.

• Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.

QUALIFICATIONS

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
