Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Marketing Director in Stockbridge, Massachusetts
POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Marketing at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution to drive bookings and revenue for Kripalu\'s retreats and programs and enhance awareness for Kripalu\'s brand and mission. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role requires a creative, strategic, and data-driven professional who can implement both digital and traditional marketing strategies and is an experienced manager/leader. This role is required to be onsite 2-3 days a week at our Stockbridge location. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support Kripalu\'s on campus revenue goals and expand brand reach. - Lead Kripalu\'s digital marketing strategy: leveraging channels such as website, SEO, SEM, email, and display to drive engagement and conversion creating a successful and efficient funnel to grow new audiences and meet revenue goals. - Direct multi-channel paid advertising strategy: serving as main point of contact for agency, setting and tracking goals and KPIs, optimizing campaign performance and budget, and testing new platforms. - Establish, track and report out on key marketing goals and KPIs. - Lead strategy to amplify Kripalu branded program offerings i.e. R&R and Kripalu Experience Programs. Directs messaging development for these offerings and drives collaboration across channels and team to ignite awareness and growth. - Manage and mentor three direct reports providing direction, support, and development opportunities. - Collaborate closely with other departments across organization including Programming, Guest Services, Operations, IT, Gifts and Gratitude to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 8-10 years of experience in marketing in relevant industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - 6-8 years of experience managing individuals and teams. - Proven experience and track record in digital marketing strategy and campaign management. - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make actionable decisions. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive and collaborative leadership style that inspires team success. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
