The Marketing Specialist joins an innovative, data driven, modern B2B sales and marketing team. This role will help create, measure, manage and optimize our marketing tactics and processes to drive business results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop creative executions for print, tradeshows, trainings, channel partners & other uses that position Anderson Power Products as a trustworthy subject matter expert
Partner with the sales, product and engineering teams to create and implement a marketing calendar
Manage photography and graphic assets through the use of our DAM (Adobe Experience Manager- Assets)
Own and execute all product data additions and updates flowing to the website through the use of Magento (no technical experience required)
Works collaboratively with the Digital Center of Excellence to ensure business strategies and goals are brought to life in the digital space
Partner with the Digital Center of Excellence to establish and enforce brand standards including logo, copy, images, brand voice, etc.
Improve the website’s SEO by utilizing BrightEdge to identify opportunities for enhancement
Monitor, track, & report on competitive marketing activity.
Performs other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
2-3 years’ experience in marketing with experience in graphic design (preferably also product and customer data mgmt.)
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Intermediate to Advance Experience: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Acrobat
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to effectively present ideas and information through oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
Ability to bring a concept to life with little or no direction
