MMLIS provides our representatives with leading-edge broker-dealer capabilities and integrated productivity tools to help enhance firm profitability, drive business growth and forge deeper customer relationships. The Agency Support Group is a team of individuals who manage the broker-dealer relationships for over 80 Agencies. In addition to daily support for Agency Management Staff (GA, IS, ASO), this team champions business transformation initiatives such as the MMLIS Wealth Management, MMLIS Brokerage, UAO, and MMLIS Workbench through pro-active communication, promotion, and training. When requested by agency management or MMFA, the relationship managers participate in the recruiting process by assisting with the transition of experienced producers.
This position requires the relationship manager to combine strong listening, questioning, positioning and presentation skills with sound working knowledge of MMLIS products, services and systems.
The relationship manager is expected to:
Build relationships and work with key business decision makers
Proactively communicate with their agencies
Drive high satisfaction, quality and efficiency for both the Agency and MMLIS
Develop existing representative relationships to retain and increase assets, revenues and profitability
Act as an advocate for change
Influence service model improvements
Provide consultative support ensuring their representatives leverage MMLIS’ products and services as effectively and efficiently as possible
Possess or achieve mastery level knowledge of the MMLIS Wealth Management Platform and related product offerings
Possess or achieve mastery level knowledge of the MMLIS Brokerage Platform, UAO, Esignature, and straight through processingQualifications:
6-10 years of broker-dealer experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Superior presentation skills
Ability to influence and guide the decision making process of Agency Management
Superior ability to build relationships
Proven experience working with large strategic relationships
Ability to manage competing priorities
Experience with various business partners across the organization
