Manage the MMUS forecast process related to quarterly MMUS forecast submission, Risk Appetite scenarios and long-term strategic forecasting. Responsibilities include coordination with all areas involved across FP&A, ensuring timely sign-off and maintaining effective controls.
Management Responsibilities including coaching, training and other talent development activities
Responsible for Hyperion enhancement and support for the MMUS FP&A team including implementation of process improvements as well as partnership across CFO to build out Hyperion capabilities.
MMUS representative to support future forecasting and analysis initiatives
Working closely with the MMUS FP&A Channel Leads as well as other internal FP&A partners to ensure accurate and complete financial reports
BASIC CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar quantitative discipline
Professional certifications such as MBA, FSA, FCIA, CPA or CFA preferred
Significant Financial acumen or Financial Reporting experience
Strong communications skills, written and verbal
Strong executive presence
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional groups
Team leadership and management
