Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will manage and implement various retail marketing and consumer experience programs for all business divisions. This is a highly visible, newly created position with room to grow. They will also manage various marketing programs and initiatives aimed at supporting client communication and retention efforts as well as provide analysis and general support for the Marketing team. The successful candidate will be high energy, creative, resourceful and able to plan and execute new and reoccurring initiative.

_Essential Functions and Key Tasks:_

  • Concept and edit marketing materials and monthly retail marketing promotions.

  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing and brand strategies.

  • Concept and develop consumer engagement programs and launch materials.

  • Support social media efforts with timely and relevant content.

  • Write and coordinate updates and postings to corporate website and internal communication portal.

  • Manage and maintain sales proposal content library & archives.

  • Assist in writing, design and development of sales proposals and presentations.

  • Coordinate the implementation, data consolidation and analysis of guest/resident satisfaction surveys.

  • Maintain facility assessment database.

  • Partner with the team to research and gather content for program sell sheets and sales proposals.

  • Data gathering and analysis of marketing program for ROI and effectiveness reporting.

  • Set up and coordination of webinars and meetings.

  • Ordering and review of small equipment and display-ware for accounts

  • Work with the corporate marketing team to Create, implement and manage presentations and promotions.

_Education and Experience_:

  • Position requires a Bachelor's Degree

  • Candidates with fast paced, casual dining restaurants or like experience in a hospitality setting preferred.

  • Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written), leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills are essential.

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to train, teach, and follow-up on all assignments when necessary.

  • Understanding of point-of-sale systems and ability to analyze retail data. Previous experience with cash handling is a plus.

  • Ability to provide a high level of client and guest service is critical to the success in this role.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.)

  • Knowledge of web and interface design

  • Experience in photography and video is a plus
