We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to evolve our programs, tools and partnerships to support the continued growth of our salesforce’s online presence. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing and digital technologies. The candidate will be responsible for executing on our current strategy and partnering across the enterprise to:


  • Defining and implementing digital strategies and programs that support the online presence of our field force, including websites, social media, online advertising, SEO and SEM.

  • Training and consultation for our field customers as it relates to our programs and tools.

  • Support and evolve our digital programs for our field force.

  • Direct and manage our field programs

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • The ability to talk to all levels of our field force

  • Work with and manage relationships with outside vendors

  • Look to improve operational efficiencies as it relates to our field programs

  • A big picture thinker that is good diving into the weeds

  • Website/Social Media design/dev/mgmt. experience


  • BA/BS required (Marketing major a plus)

  • 5 or more years of experience in digital marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

  • Exceptional relationship building and people management skills as well as the ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate while working in fast-paced and demanding situations

  • Experience executing digital marketing or social media programs.

  • Understanding of and experience with social platforms, both personally and on behalf of organizations.

  • Experience in Web analytics and other forms of online measurement

  • Experience with user experience, online content, design and usability best practices

  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong decision-making ability

  • Results oriented

  • An understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment is a plus
