The Head of Executive Recruiting, Sourcing & Pipelining is responsible for leading efforts to attract top talent for executive positions, building a pipeline for critical roles, developing and engaging the team and educating the hiring managers around the Executive Recruiting processes. It is also responsible for modeling business consultation capabilities to align required needs with executable business solutions. This position will manage a team of professionals responsible for supporting the hiring needs of executive-level hiring managers.

  • Build a talent community of potential candidates who can be leveraged to market our purpose and brand

  • Pro-actively source passive candidates, build pipeline for critical and hard to find roles

  • Align outreach, marketing, branding, diversity partnership initiatives to include target talent population

  • Use competitive intelligence, analytics & metrics to build a more strategic approach to resourcing to achieve greater value from sourcing channels

  • Lead a team responsible for driving the full lifecycle of the executive search process, including partnering with executive management on position definition, search strategy and candidate requirements, developing recruiting strategies, offers and negotiations

  • Design and execute the selection and recruiting process across the organizations for target roles

  • Design and maintain reporting/tracking and analytical data regarding all facets of the talent community, active pipeline and leadership hiring process

  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Compensation and other stakeholders to inform and influence

  • Partner with Employment Branding & Recruitment Marketing on specific needs around target talent pools

  • Incorporate diversity slates and diverse interview panel across the executive hiring process

  • Partner with Talent Management on internal mobility, succession and development opportunities for identified talent

  • Build processes around quality & speed to create candidate delight and outstanding hiring manager experience

  • Manage external search vendors and build partnerships for key skill areas

  • Reduce external search spend

  • Actively seeks to influence strategy, not just fulfill orders

  • Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and manage special projects

Experience :

This role requires strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, ability to influence Hiring Managers and HRBPs, have a flair for building market intelligence, prioritization and understanding the value of providing exceptional recruiting services. Also, ability to provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize will be key to success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required; MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years of executive recruiting experience required

  • 2 years of progressive leadership experience required

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and executive presence

  • Advanced collaboration mindset, and a history of successfully influencing partners whilst maintaining respectful and trusted relationships

  • In-depth knowledge of executive recruiting and sourcing strategies to include pipeline building, prospect sourcing, labor market research and use of Total Addressable Market (TAM) for scarce talent pools

  • Demonstrated ability to interface and develop collaborative relationships with senior executives and influence others to adopt and participate in strategic change initiatives

  • Leverage adjacency opportunities and sourcing from employee networks and pre-screening using employee referrals

  • Ability to educate, coach and mentor team members and hiring leaders in recruitment and selection of the right talent

  • Systematically capture key intelligence from each prospect interaction

  • Uses data to select sources that yield quality hires for a given position

  • Broad recruitment experience in corporate and search firm, with exposure to a variety of recruiting organizational models
