Leadership / Supervision

  • Leadership and development of team

  • Prioritization of accounts

  • Opportunity to enhance/create operational efficiencies and documentation of sales practices within firms, playbooks, quarterly report outs to firms, planning meetings and metrics.

  • Strong planning skills


  • Development of business opportunities with new technology being offered by MM/affiliates

  • Leverage account intelligence to develop and execute strategy

  • Develop operational strategy for key customers to integrate customers processing models with MM technology

Relationship Management

  • Prioritize accounts and manage resources to maximize sales growth

  • Ability to maintain productive relationships even through difficult situations

  • Ability to influence accounts

  • Ability to gather account intelligence & utilize in account strategy


  • Partner with internal business partners (new business and underwriting, product development, IT, etc.) to create change and advance opportunities in accounts

  • Work with with Regional Brokerage Director Team on management of account support, training and execution


  • Extensive knowledge of broker/dealer, institutional and bank organizations

  • Ability to prioritize work across all relationships

  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth by account

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Organization awareness

  • Outstanding sales skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Comfortable managing in a fluid, fast paced environment


•Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree

• FINRA - Series 6 or 7 and 63

•10% travel

•10 years of experience in the Brokerage insurance market

• Understanding of distribution channel(s) Institutional, Independent Broker Dealer, Wire and Bank

• Ability to build and maintain business relationships

•Strategic thinking, planning and ability to execute

•Creativity to innovate; constant desire to learn and improve

•Effective leader and team builder

•Ability to influence senior leaders and business partners

•Effective negotiator

•Ability to display professional courage when appropriate
