EOS Hospitality RJR MA Employee LLC Marketing Manager in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts

Working with the EOS Corporate Marketing team & the hotel General Managers, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel\'s brand & services. This role involves working closely with external PR & digital agencies to ensure cohesive & effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness & achieving revenue goals. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, & a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. What You\'ll Do: Strategic Planning: Develop & implement marketing strategies aligned with the hotel group\'s business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, & competitive landscape. Define target markets & develop positioning strategies to enhance brand visibility. Collaboration with Agencies: Liaise with PR agency to manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, & event planning. Coordinate with digital agency to create & execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, & content marketing. Ensure that all marketing materials & campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines & messaging. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, & execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor & analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources & achieving ROI targets. Content Development: Work with internal teams & external partners to develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, & print materials. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, & aligned with the brand voice. Brand Management: Maintain & enhance the hotel\'s brand image through consistent messaging & visual identity. Develop & implement initiatives to increase brand loyalty & customer engagement. Monitor brand perception & respond to feedback from guests & stakeholders. Event Marketing Plan & execute marketing strategies for hotel events & promotions. Collaborate with event planners & operations teams to ensure successful event execution. Utilize events as a platform to enhance brand awareness & customer engagement. Stakeholder Management: Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, partners, & vendors. Communicate marketing plans & performance to senior management & other internal teams. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, & market trends. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies & decision-making. Present findings & recommendations to senior management.
