Overview Basis Technology is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help make us shine. We believe content is one of the most important parts of a marketing organization and we?re building the team. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing and Strategy, this position will create the content needed to promote key assets across channels and support the sales team to use content as a conversation starter. Our content should attract and engage the range of people who use our solutions. You will be part of a talented content team with a passion for mentoring and learning. Responsibilities The Content Marketing Manager will have a range of responsibilities encompassing content, social media and demand generation support, including: Writing compelling marketing content, such as emails, landing pages, thought leadership blogs, case studies, presentation decks, ads, banners and other short-form copy Managing the company?s social media presence across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn; writing social posts that foster engagement; using Creatopy or similar tool to generate social images; enlarging our social presence; engaging in social listening and sharing Ensuring sound SEO practices across web properties; conducting keyword research; making recommendations for target keywords; monitoring changes in results page positions Producing and writing internal and external newsletters Staging blog posts and performing other web-related activities in WordPress Requirements A B.A/B.S. in marketing or a related field; 3-5 years of digital marketing experience Knowledge of demand generation, web, SEO and content creation A successful track record in social media campaign management and measurement Ability to build productive and collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels Excellent writing and editing skills along with the ability to convey concepts and complement stories via imagery Ability to learn quickly, work effectively and act independently in a fast-moving environment Excellent organizational skills along with a high level of attention to detail Proficiency with WordPress, HTML, project/task management software such as Asana, SEO tools and Google Suite Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot and ABM platforms such as Demandbase would be a plus.
