What you will do Drive marketing, sales, and product/program education support for Stryker Orthopaedics? customers. Lead the development, recommendation, and execution of strategic plans relating to department-specific projects and programs. Serve as senior liaison with management to support and execute marketing initiatives and communications activities. Identify, build and maintain strong working relationships with key individuals in customer/industry organizations (e.g., doctors, nurses, etc.). Work with management to understand and employ established processes and tools; serve as lead advocate for key processes and programs. Establish realistic production timelines and budgets and meet or exceed those targets. Oversee projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, on target, within budget and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic communications support to project initiators. Oversee the preparation of program materials, present and actively communicate with participants at events and group meetings. Research and analyze market data; provide feedback and recommend program enhancements. Serve as lead on projects and programs. Serve as a mentor to employees and train/develop newly hired/promoted employees. What you need 6+ years marketing or public relations experience, preferably in the medical device, healthcare or consumer product industry Demonstrated ability to organize and attend to details on multiple projects of significant scope and impact Demonstrated expertise in verbal & written communication Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated expertise in evaluating customer needs and appropriately address those needs with global (in Product Marketing) or local (in HCI and U.S. Sales) marketing, sales & customer education efforts Demonstrated strategic planning expertise and a track record of successfully executing to that strategic plan Demonstrated ability to help others adapt to changing situations Demonstrated ability to work independently and to lead a business/project team with participants from both inside and outside of the division Demonstrated expertise in developing and employing business processes In HCI and Field Sales: applied understanding of the technical aspects of graphic production and ability to utilize such programs Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop employees What We Offer A winning team driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results Quality products that improve the lives of customers and patients Ability to discover your strengths, follow your passion and own your own career Apply online:
