Salem State University Assistant Dir. of Admissions Marketing in Salem, Massachusetts

Overview: Reporting to the director of admissions, the assistant director of admissions marketing will assist with communication management for the office of graduate and undergraduate admissions. This individual will create email content for each stage of the admissions funnel, parent and counselor communication plans, content development, assist with social and digital marketing plans, and manage print marketing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1 year of admission, marketing & communication, or related experience Must possess a valid driver's license Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience and proficiency using Microsoft and Adobe suite of products Experience using a CRM and familiarity with running online and in-person events Preferred Qualifications: Master?s Degree Three-five years of higher education and/or marketing experience. Direct experience with Peoplesoft, Hyland OnBase, Target X/Salesforce Excellent oral, written, and social communication skills Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills Ability to represent Salem State University in a variety of situations and be able to competently interact with a diverse population of prospective students, faculty, and staff.
