We are seeking an Account Manager that is passionate about transforming wellness programs through the use of Fitbit technology and solutions. You’re skilled at engaging your customers and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with. You are comfortable in a fast-changing environment and love the idea of helping to define best practices for a fast-growing team.
As an Account Manager on the Fitbit Health Solutions team, you would be a critical part of the strategy, maintenance, growth and retention of our customers.
Quarterback relationship in partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Success Operations, including necessary project management to drive alignment.
Collaborate with Customers and Partners to define and monitor program goals.
Ownership of post-sales targets/quota: contract renewals, maintenance and growth.
Monitoring and measurement of utilization metrics and performance indicators for proactive account management, including:monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Delivery of effective communication and marketing plans to drive employee engagement.
General program guidance and development to maximize sales and contract obligations.
Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders across partnership’s organization to support growth and client satisfaction.
Lead Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients.
A minimum of five to seven year’s B2B customer success or account management experience.
Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, growth and retention. Experience working with large employers and/or health plans a plus.
Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs, as well as playing a strategic critical role in delivering ongoing value and sustained business growth.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
