Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Product Manager is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for SaaS products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with Esko's strategic goals.

This role will be a remote position will travel up to 25% throughout NA.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify revenue-driving opportunities.

  • Prioritize features and product enhancements that maximize commercial impact and customer value.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to create compelling value propositions.

  • Develop pricing models, positioning strategies, and sales enablement materials to drive growth

  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Work closely with finance and operations to optimize monetization strategies and cost structures.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant software/technology role (e.g., product management, solutions architecture, consulting), with exposure to market or commercial considerations

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and projects in a SaaS environment

  • Hands-on experience working closely with developers, customers, and sales to shape product or service outcomes

  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25% of the time)

It would be an asset if you have:

  • Experience with Esko WebCenter

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) Systems

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
