We’re looking for a HR Technology Product Manager to join the People Team!

What you'll do:

  • This role encompasses all phases of product management from idea generation to delivery.

  • Own and lead a key portfolio of HR technologies as a full lifecycle product manager; idea generation, requirements gathering, build/buy analysis, RFPs, project execution, deployment, roadmap management and adoption.

  • Your role is crucial to creating a stable, engaging, and employee focused product suite—creating a lasting meaningful impact for our entire growing employee base.

  • Partner with key team members across the organization to understand their vision, strategy, and key priorities to provide transparent roadmaps for a key set of HR technologies.

  • Create a balanced strategy across new home-grown development and vendor implementations.

  • Exercise design thinking, persona journey mapping, user research, storyboards and generating quick feedback loops in an agile delivery model.

  • Manage a set of backlogs and partner with our cross functional team to deliver both vendor and home-grown solutions.

  • Leverage subject matter expertise to advise our partners on options, tradeoffs, and recommended solutions to achieve their business objectives

  • Lead all aspects of sourcing new software programs, implementation, contract renewals, and external vendor management within your product suite.

  • Implement an agile based product management and experience strategy across your portfolio to ensure iterative, optimized delivery of our technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience with backlog management software such as Jira, Trello, GitHub etc

  • Experience with Design tools such as Sketch, Invision etc

  • Expertise creating and managing a product backlog

  • Experience building business cases and product/project proposals.

  • Proven experience handling confidential information and critical business processes

  • Good judgment when working through complex issues

  • Ability to analyze, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations

  • A track record as a trusted business partner to senior executives

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization—a true teammate

  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Product, or Technology experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with a combination of HR, technology,, product management, and project management experience.

  • Experience translating business goals into technical solutions, and interfacing at all levels of the organization.
