About the Role:

As our Full Stack Marketer, you'll be part of a talented and fast-paced cross functional team tackling user acquisition in innovative ways. You will have both ownership over projects and lots of room to learn and grow into new channels and skills. Your goal is to improve one of our current performance marketing channels and help us launch new ones.

What You'll Do:

  • Optimize and Uncover Growth Opportunities: You will own and grow one marketing channel and help optimize and launch others as we continue to scale up.

  • Develop Winning Strategies: You can research, review and put together plans for projects that cover what is needed, what the expected outcomes are and the testing and launch plan.

  • You bring expertise: You have significant experience with setting up, running and optimizing one or more of email, paid search, paid social and/or retargeting for consumer products with a large product catalog.

  • Be a Data Wizard: You will create and monitor your own campaign performance reporting and share with the team. You will work together with the data engineering and engineering teams on how to improve our data insight quality.

  • Embrace Experimentation: You believe in a test-and-learn culture and use various methodologies to optimize channel fit, messaging, conversion rates, and ultimately, revenue growth.

  • Ownership: You are excited to do research, set goals and build a strategy to fit the greater marketing vision to expand, optimize or launch new campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with content, engineering, product and other disciplines to find new ways to reach customers.

  • Communication Champion: You excel at communicating your ideas and strategies, supporting a culture of open communication within the marketing team and advocating what you think will help achieve your goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • You are excited to expand into other performance marketing channels.

  • You are very well versed in analytical analysis of campaigns. You have first hand experience of creating and analyzing reporting in tools like Amplitude or even going straight to SQL.

  • You are experienced at creating and optimizing audience segmentation to maximize interaction and unit costs.

  • While you're not an engineer you are comfortable reading implementation docs for new marketing channels, discussing implementation tradeoffs, writing logic statements and knowing when to bring in a specialist.

  • You are comfortable designing and spec-ing for the tech team the needed data components to power your campaigns like on page pixels, product feeds, conversion and analytics event data.

  • You are familiar with working in an Agile environment, using work tracking tools like Jira.

  • You are passionate for experimentation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the travel industry.

  • Experience with ecommerce or marketplace marketing.
