What Impact You Will Have:

You will focus on creating new opportunities and partnering with senior sales people to drive these opportunities to a successful close. You will be responsible for increasing the volume of qualified leads for the North America business region, and augmenting the efforts of our experienced sales force. You will require a mix of account and contact research, emailing and cold calling, opportunity qualification, contact nurturing, and relationship building.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will proactively make outbound calls prospecting for business, setting appointments, to drive enrollment in AchieveForum’s membership campaign

  • You will identify new revenue opportunities through prospecting activities, including researching significant events in target industries, targeting clients with demonstrated business needs, awakening dormant client accounts, and scheduling meetings with qualified client contacts

  • You will meet and exceed opportunity targets and a minimum revenue target within the first year

  • You will position AchieveForum in the market as a solutions provider

  • You will collaborate with other members of the Sales team, as appropriate, to advance a sale/relationship

  • You will quickly demonstrate a broad understanding of AchieveForum's solutions and articulate the value proposition to schedule appointments

  • You will perform other activities assigned by the Senior Director of Sales or leadership

What You'll Need:

  • 3 – 7 years of B2B professional sales experience, and a proven track record of consistently reaching or surpassing sales quotas

  • You have experience with new business development and maintaining relationships.

  • Past experience in an inside sales role would be nice

  • You can competent selling to VP and C-level executives in medium to large organizations

  • You have the ability to quickly learn, understand, and convey conceptual models addressing core business needs

  • You have the aptitude with multiple web-based computer systems along with extensive knowledge of MS Office and proficiency and discipline with sales and marketing tools/ technologies, such as and

  • You have superb written, organizational, presentation, and time management skills

  • You are self-driven, disciplined, consultative sales professional who consistently demonstrates resilience and a commitment to help others succeed through an ability to listen and understand the client’s point of view.
