Kelly Services is currently hiring an R&D Project Manager (Product Development) to work for one of our global medical device customers who delivers innovative medical devices and solutions in orthopaedics, spinal care and neuroscience. The location of this job opportunity is in Raynham, MA.

The Project Manager will join a dedicated team to design, implement and execute new ways of working with these new customer sites.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure successful in-flight and future new product development (NPD) and life cycle management (LCM).

Collaborate with team members to deliver the following:

Detailed interface process, roles, and responsibilities for NPD and LCM with customers Change management plan and training.

Update work procedures to reflect new operating model, Project Order Templates, change request and governance process.

Decision criteria for disposition of in-flight NPD and LCM projects.

Help negotiate Transfer Service Agreements, and Project Orders for in-flight NPD and LCM projects.

Represents R&D as subject matter experts on other functional workstreams related to successful Supply Chain site transfer to customer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a NPD and/or LCM environment, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

R&D medical device experience is required.

Deep domain NPD and/or Life Cycle Management (LCM) experience is highly preferred.

Supply Chain (SC) medical device experience is preferred.

Ability to prioritize and complete complex projects and deliver results.

Experience working within a medical device quality system, and the ability to author changes to company procedures is required.

Project Management skills are required.

Excellent written and oral communication is required.

Ability to build collaborative cross functional partnering relationships which result in meeting project goals is required.

Duration : The duration of this role is expected to last approximately 12-18 months

Location : West Chester, PA and could require up to 20% travel.
