Sunrise Technologies Inside Sales / Marketing Specialist in Raynham, Massachusetts

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure customer expectations are met while achieving business goals. Reviews contracts and documents, performs analysis, issues quotations, coordinates return material requests, handles marketing communications and promotional materials. Purpose of the position: Develop and deploy Sunrise marketing plan (following corporate policy guidelines) Improve market knowledge Ensure adaptation of Sunrise offer (products, solutions, and services) to needs Missions: Ensure adaptation of Sunrise?s offer to needs Analyze local markets? specificities and competitors (current size, growth outlook, technical features required for our offer, pricing, road-to-market, etc) Propose to team changes to make to our current offer, development of new products, adaptation of our operational strategy Adapt and develop promotion sales tools (web content, leaflets, etc) Deploy marketing plan Promote the product and system offer Develop and follow-up the progress of Market Action Plan (MAP) Run trainings and sales tools to support the launch of new products Define our pricing strategy together with Sales team Prepare communication plan and consolidate/follow up communication budget Improve market knowledge in our targeted segments (Utility, C&I, OEM, Wireless, International) Participate and help to organize our presence in trade fairs and events Benchmark competitors Tasks Definition Marketing Upstream marketing - Develop market analysis on Key Segment (Utilities, C&I, International, Wireless, OEMs) - Identify market size, competition, market share, technical "must have" features Product marketing - Make sure products fits market needs in terms of characteristics, function and price - Document special adaptation and testing request by key OEM's Sales Marketing - Develop and follow up a MAP (Market Action Plan) - Prepare communication plan and budget - Lead marketing communication initiatives (newsletters, press releases, success stories, etc.) - Customer targeting: propose new prospects / market segment - Responsible for updating and maintaining company?s social media presence and activities (websites, LinkedIn and similar platforms). - Participate in trade show to identify new trend and new customers - Develop e-mail blast, newsletters, press release, write papers, digital marketing strategy - Support exhibition organization - Identify missing promotion tools Operational Marketing - Competition Analysis (Technical/Price positioning) -- Support Sales on price list - Develop training and promotion tools like ppt? - Support product launch - Responsible for maintaining sales literature. - Develop, update and maintain sales reports and presentations on a regular basis. Customer Support - Management of database that includes customer contact details, trade show campaigns and lead/opportunity files. - Create, issue and report status of questionnaires/surveys sent to sales representatives and customers - Prepare and facilitate quotations by gathering requirements, production schedules, cost data and revenue expectations. Follow-up and maintain a quote status summary. - Follow-up with Sales Representatives and House accounts on leads to ensure customers receive requested information (literature, specifications, samples, pricing, etc.) and that reps follow-up on leads to promote products increasing orders and sales revenue. Interface with other departments in handling customer issues and responsible for administration of product return process as Return Material Authorization (RMA) Administrator. Prepare and facilitate quotations by gathering requirements, production schedules, cost data and revenue expectations. Follow-up and maintain a quote status summary.
