Job Description

Leading, managing, and mentoring RVP’s and individual contributors (Sales Directors) to target the right segment of prospects, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value. Sell enterprise digital workforce at scale.

  • Continue and complete the change of a salesforce from one that sells technology to technologists to one that sells value to business leaders.

  • Ensure that they have a coaching mindset that allows their RVPs to become world class developers of our sales talent

  • Instill a professional and rigorous Sales Management philosophy (The Blue Prism Way) that is used throughout the organization

  • Be familiar with Value bases selling, relationship management, business executive engagement, partner/alliance alignment and vertical solution evolution to evolve organization to deliver on “predictable, profitable growth” and Blue Prism “value to the customers and partners.”  

  • Partnering with various Blue Prism organizations to evolve the customer experience while delivering on financial results.  

  • Work with the GM to develop the end-to-end plan in order to efficiently develop, launch and grow new revenue streams, lead and manage complex cross-functional efforts to drive enterprise sale of our digital workforce at scale.

  • Engage and optimize overall sales motions and organization to align “routes to market” (sales, partner, corporate sales, prospecting, and cloud implementations) to maximize “routes to revenue”. 

  • Advocate for Company customers by quickly resolving escalations, representing the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders at all levels as needed to deliver customer value and outcomes

  • Establishes and oversees the adoption of the success department’s vision, goals and objectives at all levels

  • Works closely with the GM to define sales model for customer engagement including new-logos, and upsells

  • Oversees and determines key strategic direction and objectives of customer office

  • Drives necessary changes for the improvement of operating and organizational efficiency of the team

  • Participate on key regional hires for the Americas team

  • Unleash the potential of the individuals on your teams by understanding their individual motivations and fostering their career development to ensure they achieve their highest potential within Blue Prism

  • Building upon the existing teams to continue fostering the global Blue Prism culture – professionalism, integrity and teamwork are critical to remain ‘trusted partners’ internally as well as externally

  • To achieve scale and enhance the integrated Americas team, it will be important for the leader to coach and demonstrate skills in collaboration, problem solving, communication, attitude, process, organization and consistency.

  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting activities as required by the President & GM of the Americas

  • Represent at Blue Prism events, both in country and where applicable in the Region including but not limited to presentations, panel discussions, training and delivery, and ancillary events

  • Work closely with cross functionally to ensure their resources are fully engaged and utilized in support of driving revenue and generating pipeline

NYC: Salary range for the position: 275,000 USD to 300,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Jersey City, NJ: Salary range for the position: 275,000 USD to 300,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Westchester County: Salary range for the position: 275,000 USD to 300,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.Colorado: Compensation: The compensation range for this position is 275,000 USD to 300,000 USD.
