Oracle Specialist, Global Alliance Partner Marketing in Quincy, Massachusetts

As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.

Work with more experience team members manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by senior Marketing management. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Working with others ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography. Exercising judgement within defined procedures and practices ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Implement organisational changes in line with changing business & market needs.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The Global Alliance Partner Marketing team manages dedicated relationships with Oracle’s top strategic global system integrator partners, creating and driving integrated marketing plans that align with the goals of the Global Alliances. Our outcome builds pipe, excels sales, increases marketing awareness, and nurtures partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of tracking and analyzing marketing activities.

  • Create Wrike templates, calendars and project plans to build and monitor marketing campaigns.

  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance and Global Standard Business to ensure compliance and best practice.

  • Assess business team needs, translate into requirements, research best solution and implement.

  • Manage team internal microsite.

  • Enhance current and build new processes to improve resource efficiencies.

  • Promote partner activities through various Oracle channels.

  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Global Standard Business and other departments to drive team to adhere to best practice.

  • Manage various projects and coordinates enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a BA/BS degree and 5 years experience in:

o Creating dashboards, tracking, and analyzing data.

o Determining business needs for system implementations.

o Managing projects from start-to-finish.

o Streamlining and documenting processes.

o Willingness to assist with administrative tasks.

  • Strong communicator with ability to steer conversations and ask hard questions.

  • Familiarity with running virtual events on Zoom platform.

  • Advanced organizational and writing skills.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to juggle and self-prioritize multiple events, various projects and tasks.

  • Proficient in a variety of software programs with willingness and ability to learn new programs.
