Oracle Senior Principal Product Manager - Data Cloud in Quincy, Massachusetts

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

Principal Product Manager, Oracle Data Cloud

Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) provides data as a service for digital marketing use cases with a goal of making Marketing and Advertising functions data driven. ODC offers various capabilities that include audiences, contextual, measurement, analytics, data management platforms, data science enabled models and services etc. ODC is used by the largest players in the digital media across all major verticals and by brands and channel partners alike.

In this technical Product Management role, you will manage a set of end user customer facing platform capabilities such as Oracle Data Management Platform, Oracle Audience Platform and similar capabilities used by ODC s customers and partners. Specifically, this role will focus on inbound product management activities and will be responsible for when and how features are made available to ODC s customers and partners.

Your charter would be to have end-to-end ownership of the Oracle DMP features life-cyclespecifications, availability, sustenance, enhancements, and sun-setting etc. In this position you will be interfacing and collaborating directly with the outbound product management teams, customers, engineering, and partners in a leadership role representing our commitments to the market.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management. You will be part of a highly impactful team that is focused on delivering a market leading Data and Audience management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the formation of the Oracle DMP features that allow marketers and advertisers to run omni channel targeting campaigns connecting known and unknown users from across customer data platforms and DMP. Manage the design, delivery, and operational end to end data integration, collection, ingestion, and analytics features. Work with customers and partners to regularly collect feedback and drive the evolution of features against a rapid delivery timeline. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to produce innovations that bring best ROI for Marketers and Advertisers by combining all of the available resources, tools, and infrastructure services in Oracle s broad cloud portfolio.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Bachelor's Degree & 10 years of relevant business experience

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Proven leadership and influence skills This individual will be driving a fundamental transformation in the creation of our foundational data management and campaign management features across marketing and advertising goals

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Proven track record in managing, developing, deploying and/or maintaining complex enterprise services, cloud services, transactional systems, operational databases or data stores, data warehouses, business reporting tools and technologies.

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, and long lasting products in the market

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Strong foundational knowledge and experience with large-scale data management systems supporting cloud-native consumer-facing problems

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Hands-on experience in campaign management, data management and business outcomes analysis interest and ability to roll up sleeves and work along with key architects and engineers in building market leading cloud solutions

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Understanding of the key design principals of Metrics, KPIs, and Data structures

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Proven track record in meeting aggressive deadlines and building relationships with adjacent teams

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Good experience with visualizations, storytelling through data, and orientation towards good design aesthetics in user facing applications

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Good awareness of privacy issues, compliance management, and data governance needs of today s marketers and advertisers
